Motivational Interviewing is an excellent method of making interviews useful, comprehensive, and practical. The process enables interviewer and interviewee to be clearer, more focused and creative. This two-day Motivational Interviewing course aims to provide information and techniques that will assist those working with others in a management or supervisory context to utilise motivational interviewing techniques for the purpose of assessment and change management supervision.
