Company

Grey Cell Training is a generic company, offering training, consultancy and development processes in many areas, including commercial and statutory businesses.

A major area of delivery is also offered by the production of services for the Community Justice sector – statutory, independent and voluntary agencies.

The Social Care sector will benefit from the qualified and experienced trainers, who have worked in the statutory, independent and voluntary areas.

The commitment to a corporate approach that requires a high standard of preparation, delivery and after care is central to the service. The range of skills offered by the trainers results in a comprehensive and contemporary delivery of service.

Director

Hello - I'm Susan Parker. I have over 25 years’ experience in training and development. My experience is in working in the business sector, in Social Services and the Probation Service, holding managerial positions in all areas. My environments have included prisons, courts, further education, the independent sector and HR/training

I am proud to be skilled in strategic management, training/development creation and delivery, evaluation and research and all aspects of people management. Several courses created by me have been adopted and certified by colleges of further education.

Experience in Human Rights, other legislation the development of policies, strategic planning, inspections, Investors in People, and the European Excellence model are all additions to my skill base.

I believe in the structured planning of management training and the engagement and empowerment of staff to achieve an efficient and effective service. Evaluation of the effectiveness of training and development on product delivery is, to me, an important consideration in her work.

Most importantly, I think that all people should receive interesting training that they enjoy and find relevant to their situations.
