'Dear Sue This is a short letter to say what an overwhelming success the Train the Trainer programme for Pro-Social Modelling has been at HMP Dovegate. All new starters regardless of grade or rank receive this training and the feedback has been very positive with comments such as: “An enlightening course that makes you reflect on your own morals and standards” We hope to role out the training over the next 12 months to all our staff with the vision of creating a pro-social culture that embodies the work we are carrying out in the rehabilitation of offenders.
